Hey! It's 2013!
All that eating and drinking during Christmas I, and half of the world, have put some weight on. I like to blame the holidays because I literally, just ate and slept for a week, like bears when they hibernate.
The kilos I've put on are very stubborn. We are almost mid February and I still haven't managed to lose them... Also, I think (love finding excuses) due to the fact that Dom (future husband) have been trying some pizza recipes (YUMMY) for weeks no end. I mean, good, delicious, marvellous but not so much on my thighs and stomach. Meh.
Anyway, the point is we have decided to start dieting. I know, I absolutely hate dieting!
But after many research (mainly done by Dom) we agreed that the KETOSIS DIET is the one to do. You basically, cut all carbs from your food and get lots of protein and fat. When I said ALL carbs I mean it! Not even fruits is allowed. booo
Today is DAY 1 - so far so good. I wasn't starving and the fat really keeps you full. Amazing! I will try to blog everyday and write how I am feeling etc..
I'm planning by the end of this, in a month time, lose 2kg.
