As I've said before Keto diet consist of eating fat and protein. Crazy I know.
I was just on the phone with my sister and mentioned to her about the Keto diet.
First question was: "Isn't this bad for your cholesterol, so much fat?"
This is what half of the world thinks - fat makes you fat. NOT TRUE. What really makes you fat is the carbohydrate you take.
Today I've eaten so far:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 bacon rashers, coffee with single cream.
Lunch: 3tbs of cottage cheese, can of tuna, 1/4 avocado, bag of rucula with red vinegar.
Dinner: 100g salmon, fried kale and spinach.
It might look like is not much but has kept me full...
